高度酒—烧酒
奥地利的烧酒风味独特,酒精含量不算高,但是果香迷人,即使只闻一下也会被它的魅力迷倒。奥地利的烧酒是用水果酿制,从果桨中蒸馏出来的白酒,水果味相当浓,酒精含量不超过40%。有梨(Birnen)、苹果(Apfeln)、李子(Zwetschgen)、杏子烧酒(Marillen)。其中杏子烧酒最受喜爱,堪称奥地利的“茅台”。被称为奥地利“茅台”的杏子烧酒,由于是从水果中蒸馏提炼出来,所以水果味很浓郁,酒精含量也较低。蒂罗尔州出产的水果烧酒尤为著名。
